Halloween + Costumes = One busy lady
I love Halloween.....I have been pulling all nighters to make the imagination of a child come true. There is nothing more exciting that watching a little one transform into something they never thought possible for a day.
For those of you who didn't know...I design children's clothing and accessories. For more information on that visit my DSL Kids blog. I usually keep the two blogs separate, but I love Halloween and decided to share some of what has been keeping me so busy. I would like to point out that I do have a photographer for my clothing line....and you will understand that statement when you see the difference in photos below between the ones I took and the ones she took:)
Why have I been so distant to blog land you might be asking? The answer is this: First week in October and I've already made 8 costumes and 12 Halloween bags......I have 15 costumes left to make and 24 more Halloween bags...................
By the end of October I'm exhausted....but I love every minute of it:)

Fall is my favorite time of year!!! Not just because of Halloween, but I love being able to wear layers;) Gotta go work on more costumes!!!

Wow, what wonderful costumes! How do people order them from you? Ebay? Etsy? Word of Mouth? Just curious because handmade costumes are always so much better than storebought and we might look into going this route in the future. You're very creative and very busy right now I imagine! Good luck getting everything done in time.
